Day 1

Zadar – Brbinj (Dugi otok) – “Saharun” beach – Veli Rat (Dugi otok)
Tour lenght: 25.8 km / Elevation: 281 meters

The first day of the island cycling tour starts with the bike pick up at ZZUUM office. After the bike pick up and the briefing you will take the ferry to Brbinj village at Dugi otok. The ferry ride lasts around 1h30 min and during the ferry ride you will be able to see all the islands of the Zadar archipelago which will be definitely a great way to start the tour. Upon the arrival, the cycling itinerary will lead you to the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia, called Saharun and also a great lighthouse. Overnight in Veli Rat.

Day 2

Veli rat (Dugi otok) – “Velo Žalo” beach – Luka (Dugi otok)
Tour lenght: 40.6 km / Elevation: 600 meters

On the 2nd day you will have a little more cycling to do but the scenery that will follow you all the way will leave you breathless. The Velebit mountain from one side and the open sea from the other side. The beach Velo Žalo is one of the best kept secrets of Dugi otok and you will surely enjoy the clear blue sea as never before. The day will end in a small picturesque village called Luka which will conquer you with the simplicity and charm that only Mediterranean villages have.

Day 3

Luka (Dugi otok) – “Telašćica” Nature Park” – Sali (Dugi otok) – Zadar
Tour lenght: 25 km / Elevation: 450 meters

On the last day we have prepared for you a true gem. You will cycle from Luka to the nature park Telaščica which is one of the most beautiful bays in Croatia. The cliffs of Telašćica offer a spectacular view on the open sea and the islands of Kornati. The last stop on Dugi otok will be the village Sali. A very interesting and colorful village. One of the best summer fiestas are held in Sali. There are numerous bars on the sea promenade so you can relax with a cocktail while waiting the boat ride to Zadar.
